Ka Ho is the HK record holder of 3,000m run, 3,000m steeplechase, 4 x 1,500m youth relay, 4 x 1,500m relay and the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong 5,000m run. He is also the former HK record holder for the 15km run and the half-marathon.
Dubbed the “little flying fish”, Mr Alex Fong is a former HK swimming team member and holds the HK record for 200m backstroke and 400m individual medley. Besides his sports achievements, he was also selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons by Junior Chamber International in 2014.
Timothy is the world’s fastest rope skipper. He represented HK and set a world record of 522.5 skips in three minutes at the 2012 Rope Skipping World Championships. He excels in both speed and freestyle skipping, and has become a sports icon in HK after his success at to the world championships.
Rex is a professional boxer who fights in the featherweight class.
He is widely considered as a rising star in the world stage. He has so far won 20 professional bouts without defeat in his career.
Kit Ching is the HK record holder for 15km run, 3,000m steeplechase and 4 x 1,500m relay. Her numerous accolades include Athlete of the Year in 2007, 2008 and 2011 and Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association Female Athlete of the Year (2009, 2013 and 2015).
She is the fourth HK marathoner to qualify for the Olympics and will compete in the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics.
