WELL DUNK! Corporate Charity 3×3 Basketball Tournament 2025

The WELL DUNK! Corporate Charity 3×3 Basketball Tournament 2025 successfully concluded on 30 August at Kai Yip Recreation Centre. The whole event brought together 34 companies, forming 35 teams (25 Men’s and 10 Mixed-Gender), and drew over 600 spectators, creating an electrifying atmosphere.
Blending the competitive spirit in sports with corporate culture, the tournament not only strengthened connections among Hong Kong businesses but also raised vital funds for theWELL DUNK! Public Estate Basketball League & Training Programme, empowering underprivileged youth to pursue their basketball dreams.
From 23 to 25 July, group matches hosted at the International Christian School showcased participants’ outstanding teamwork and determination, building excitement for the finals. On 30 August, the climactic men’s and mixed-gender division games at Kai Yip Recreation Centre kept the crowd on the edge of their seats, earning roaring applause. Ultimately, White & Case secured championship in the Men’s Division, while Boundless Artists Collective triumphed in the Mixed-Gender Division, captivating the audience with their remarkable performance!
A huge thank you to all 34 participating companies for championing gender equality, promoting healthy lifestyles, and fostering a vibrant corporate culture through this tournament. The event also provided WELL DUNK! students with valuable hands-on experience in event management, supporting their all-rounded development and growth.

UBS X PFD X IHKSports Community Sports Day

UBS X PFD X IHKSports Community Sports Day, sponsored by UBS and the Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged (PFD), was successfully held at the Yan Oi Tong Mei Foo Neighbourhood Activity Centre on 10 August, attracting over 500 enthusiastic residents joining the vibrant event, creating an atmosphere brimming with energy and excitement.
Participants enjoyed a wide range of engaging activities, including basketball shooting, cup stacking, kendama, golf, archery, and football darts. Families eagerly embraced the challenges with passion, showcasing their competitive spirit while reveling in the joy and sense of accomplishment that sports inspire.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all participants for infusing the event with laughter and warmth, as well as to the UBS’s volunteer team and our partners, for their dedication and support, whose tireless efforts ensured the event’s resounding success, embodying the true spirit of community unity.

Building Community, Building Tung Chung:
“Inside Tung Chung: Emotions Headquarter”

Despite the stormy weather in August, the Building Community, Building Tung Chung: “Inside Tung Chung: Emotions Headquarter” Community Sports Day was successfully held on 17 August at Tung Chung Fu Tung Plaza. Partnering with Sheng Kung Hui Tung Chung Integrated Services and fully supported by the Swire Group Charitable Trust, this vibrant event brought the community together in an unforgettable way.
Over 200 Tung Chung residents participated in our four emotion-themed sports games with enthusiasm, sweat, and laughter. Youths from HKSKH Tung Chung Integrated Services led a series of career development games, while 11 Swire volunteers hosted interactive sports booths, guiding families to explore how sports can foster emotional resilience, adding warmth and excitement to the day.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and supported the event, transforming a rainy day into a celebration of positivity, resilience, and joy! We look forward to more events that strengthen community bonds and promote well-being through the power of sports!


Fly High Together Charity Sports Programme Tencent Family Sports Day

The second phase of the Fly High Together Charity Sports Programme, fully supported and powered by the Tencent Charity Foundation and Gaw Capital’s People’s Place, launched its first Tencent Family Sports Day on 3 August at Lei Cheng Uk Shopping Centre.
Families dove into a creative workshop, crafting unique Kendama and dodgebee sets, sparking creativity and deepening parent-child bonds through hands-on fun. Professional instructors hosted engaging home exercise classes, introducing chair yoga and mindful breathing techniques that participants could easily integrate into their daily routines. The vibrant atmosphere drew in passersby, who eagerly joined to experience the joy of home fitness.
Heartfelt thanks to all participants for making the event a celebration of movement and togetherness. We hope this event inspires families to rediscover their passion for exercise, find balance, and create cherished memories of joy and unity!


2024-2025 IHKSports Coaches Appreciation Day

Over the past year, IHKSports collaborated with 60 coaching organisations and over 360 coaches to deliver a variety of sports programmes, enriching the learning experiences of many students in IHKSports’ programmes. To recognise the coaches’ unwavering dedication and professionalism, we hosted “2024-2025 IHKSports Coaches Appreciation Day” on 29 August. We expressed our heartfelt gratitude to all coaches through the event and hoped to have fostered stronger connections between IHKSports staff and coaches, providing a dynamic platform for sharing teaching experiences.
During the event, we presented certificates of appreciation to all attending coaches, representing the heartfelt appreciation of students, parents, and colleagues for the coaches’ efforts in empowering our youth through sports.
Looking ahead, we hope to organise more coach gatherings to deepen collaboration and communication. By exchanging insights and expertise, we strive to elevate teaching quality, ensuring our programmes deliver richer, more inspiring experiences for students on their growth journey.
