Our WELL DUNK! Corporate Charity 3×3 Basketball Tournament finals concluded successfully on 13 July at the Southorn Indoor Stadium in Wan Chai! The corporate teams displayed spectacular basketball skills and cooperation, fully embodying the spirit of team sports. Additionally, our WELL DUNK! students had the opportunity to gain valuable experience by taking on roles such as emcees, commentators, and scorekeepers during the corporate tournament. Once again, congratulations to the 24 winning teams and a big thank you to all participating companies for their enthusiastic support!

“Home SWEAT Home” Home Visit Day🏠
The first round of home visits for the “Jebsen InspiringHK!” – Home SWEAT Home programme this year was successfully held.
Along with staff volunteers from the Jebsen Group, we visited beneficiary families living in various districts. We not only learned more about the families’ daily challenges but also distributed sports care packs to help families build exercise habits even within their confined living spaces.
The “Jebsen InspiringHK!” Home SWEAT Home programme, co-funded by Jebsen Group and the Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged, aims to improve the quality of life of underprivileged families living in inadequate housing. The programme includes subsidising selected beneficiary families to acquire small furniture or household items, helping them enhance their living environment and provide a healthier living environment for children.
IHKSports Fencing Friendly Competition🤺
To provide our MOVE70! long-term sports training programme students with opportunities to practise what they have learnt, we organised a fencing friendly competition in July. We were very honoured to have Hong Kong épée fencing team representative Ms. Kaylin Hsieh as our guest, who presented awards to our young fencers and shared her personal experiences!

Time for our Team Wellness Day again! This time, we had our first go at indoor wargame, engaging in tense and exhilarating indoor ‘gunfights’. Our colleagues were thoroughly immersed in the experience, which not only enhanced our understanding of one another but also fostered our team spirit!
