Game On Lens: Student Photo Exhibition and Award Ceremony

In July, we held a three-day photo exhibition and an award ceremony at Central Market, showcasing 30 exceptional photographs by our students from the “Game On Lens” programme. The works covered a wide range of sports themes, including basketball, athletics, floorball, and taekwondo, showcasing our students’ creativity in capturing different sports types.
The programme featured three “Best Photo Awards” and five “Outstanding Awards”. The top three photographs earned the “Best Photo Award,” while the “Outstanding Awards” recognised students for their excellence in creativity, dynamism, impact, storytelling, and composition. Each winner was awarded with Canon gifts as recognition for their outstanding work. All awards were presented during the official award ceremony, marking a memorable conclusion to the programme.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our supporters, including Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies, school representatives, and the lead photography instructor, Jason, for attending the event and personally presenting the awards to the winners.
Congratulations once again to all the award recipients. May they continue to excel and achieve new heights in sports photography!

JC Fit City Fit-Mark Event “Move the City”

The JC Fit City Fit-Mark Event, “Move the City”, was held in a weekend of June to great acclaim at D‧PARK, Tsuen Wan. The lively two-day event combined energetic dance performances, fun dance taster sessions, and a vibrant carnival, attracting over 2,000 people and creating a fantastic, upbeat atmosphere.
Spanning two days, the event featured a variety of carnival stalls with dance-inspired challenges, putting participants’ coordination, agility, and sense of rhythm to the test. Those who completed the activities received attractive prizes, making the event a big hit with families.
The highlight of the Fit-Mark event was the “Flash Mob” dance showcase on the main stage, where seven groups performed a variety of dance styles. Two groups, made up of students from the “Active 8 ” – Move the City · Dance Performance Class, wowed the crowd with vibrant K-pop and funky dance routines – all after just eight hours of training. The energy was infectious, peaking when everyone joined in a mass dance to the JC Fit City theme song.
After the performances, four open dance taster sessions encouraged audience members to join in on the spot, perfectly capturing the spirit of community and inspiring everyone to dance together.
