William Fong

Chairperson

Mr. William Fong leads the Board of Directors of IHKSports to oversee the achievement of IHKSports vision and mission through good governance and sustainable development of the organisation. He is also the Chairperson of the Fundraising Committee. He is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Group, based in Hong Kong. He is a solicitor and holds a LLB from the University of Warwick.

Jackson Chan

Board Member

Mr. Jackson Chan is the Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee. He is the Co-founder & Executive Director of a Hong Kong listed recruitment company. He commenced his recruitment career in 2008 that endowed him with great success. Being an enthusiast in youth development, Jackson is currently a mentor of City University Hong Kong’s executive mentor programme and committee of Hong Kong Youth Development Alliance.

Zimon Chan

Board Member

Mr. Zimon Chan is the Chairperson of the Service Development Committee. He is the head of extra curricular activities and the head of physical education at a secondary school. He was a member of the Curriculum Development Council Committee on PE, which develops the local PE curriculum. He was an Assistant Coach of the HK Boys’ and Girls’ Youth Volleyball Teams, and sits on the Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation Volleyball Technical and Selection Sub-Committee. He holds a BEd (Hons) from The Education University of Hong Kong and a MA (Hons) in Liberal Studies from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also completed the International Level 1 Volleyball Coach Course in Thailand and received the Hong Kong Youth Service Award in 2015.

Henry Keung

Board Member

Mr. Henry Keung oversees digital initiatives at IHKSports. He is currently a digital product manager at a leading technology company. Prior to his current role, he has served as an Administrative Officer at the Hong Kong SAR Government and led product teams of digital businesses in mainland China. He graduated from Tsinghua University as a Schwarzman Scholar, and received a BBA in Global Business and BA in China Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Elizabeth Siu

Board Member

Ms. Elizabeth Siu supports the fundraising work of IHKSports. She currently is the Global Banking Asia & Japan Operating Officer of an International Investment Bank where she oversees the day-to-day activities of the front to back business and has led a number of strategic and regulatory projects. She holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Lisa So

Board Member

Ms. Lisa So supports the legal, compliance and governance issues of IHKSports. She is Head of Legal of a Hong Kong leading cultural commerce group. She is a solicitor and holds a LLB from the University of Hong Kong and a LLM from King’s College London.

Galax Wong

Board Member

Mr. Galax Wong is the Chairperson of the Finance Committee. He has over 20 years of financial management, corporate finance and corporate development experiences with professional firms, banks and multinational corporations. He is currently a vice president of business development in a global conglomerate focusing on new and transitional energy investment in the Asia Pacific. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Account and member of the CFA Institute. He graduated from The University of Hong Kong holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance).

Edmond Yip

Board Member

Mr. Edmond Yip is the immediate past Chairperson of IHKSports and supports the charity in terms of strategy and development. He is currently a director looking after consumer markets at one of the top three local television platforms in Hong Kong. He started his career in corporate management with a multinational group listed in Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate management, investment and startup development in different industries, including but not limited to aviation, properties, education, healthcare and entertainment. He is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong with a double degree in Business Administration and Laws.

Matthew Young

Board Member

Mr. Matthew Young supervises the governance, risk management and compliance of IHKSF. He is the Chairperson of the Risk and Compliance Committee and Company Secretary of the charity. Professionally, he leads the Corporate Secretarial Department of the largest NGO in Hong Kong and is a Fellow member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKFCG) The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (FCG) and The Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).

Judy Kong

Background and role
Ms. Judy Kong works closely with the Board to strengthen governance, plan for the strategic and sustainable development of the organisation, lead the charity’s day-to-day operation, the full-time team and volunteer committee. She is also Chairperson of the Fundraising Committee.

She has work experience in youth development in one of the city’s largest youth organisations, corporate philanthropy in a multinational fashion corporation and public policy research work in a local think tank. She holds a Bachelor’s degree of Global Business Studies from CUHK, a Master’s degree of Social Work from HKU and a Master’s degree of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.

Involvement in Sports
With an inborn heart disease, she could not participate in many sporting activities in her primary and secondary school age. She enjoys running and doing yoga and would like to try out different types of new sports in future.

Judy Kong

Tini Fong

Deputy Chief Executive (Service & Operations)

Background and role

Ms. Tini Fong graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (major in Cultural Studies and Social Administration). She has work experience in various local NGOs. She is mainly responsible for sports programme management and MEL of the organisation.

Involvement in Sports

Tini has started learning dance since she was a child. She experienced and strongly believes in the power of sports. She is committed to creating more opportunities and sharing the impact with the wider community.

Lucita Lai

Deputy Chief Executive (Service & Development)

Background and role

Ms. Lucita Lai is responsible for management, coordination and administration of sports projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from York University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Ulster University.

Involvement in Sports

Lucita grew up playing badminton but has since stumbled on cricket and touch rugby which she fell in love with. She enjoys her weekend playing sports under the sun with fellow teammates.
