DSOBA Swimming Team @Executive Sports Challenge

With the return of our IHKSports Executive Sports Challenge this summer, we are thrilled to introduce one of our team challengers – DSOBA Swimming Team! 

The DSOBA Swimming Team unites Diocesan Boys’ School alumni across generations and abilities—bringing together former Hong Kong competitors and fitness enthusiasts alike. With members aged 30 to 80, spanning diverse professions, this vibrant club of more than 60 embodies the spirit of lifelong growth and camaraderie.

The team shares, “This August, over 30 of us will take on an exhilarating challenge: the World Aquatics Masters Championships in Singapore (7–14 August 2025). This global event celebrates athleticism, and we, as fearless swimmers, are ready to embark on an epic journey, as we push our limits and engage in over 20 km of intense training throughout July.

Let’s rally to cheer on these brave souls as we dive into this experience, whether racing for personal bests or embracing the thrill of competition, we all carry the pride of DSOBA and the belief that sport can unite and inspire. Let’s make waves together! ”

Beyond competition, the team promotes wellness, reconnects alumni through swimming, and supports Hong Kong’s youth. 

Together, we can inspire our community and empower young people through sports. Your generous donations will provide support to underprivileged youth and children in Hong Kong. Alongside IHKSports, we can work towards creating a healthier and more equitable society.

Every donation, big or small, will motivate the DSOBA Swimming Team to reach his goal of raising HK$50,000 for the InspiringHK Sports Foundation. Your contributions will provide essential support to underprivileged youth and children in Hong Kong, offering them access to regular and professional sports opportunities.
