Introduction
“Jebsen InspiringHK!” Home Sweat Home is a holistic programme co-funded by Jebsen Group and the Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged, and organised by InspiringHK Sports Foundation that aims to improve the quality of life and growth environment of underprivileged children living in inadequate housing (including but not limited to subdivided flats, cage homes and rooftop slums) through sports and workshops on nutrition, home decluttering and posture correction. It helps beneficiary families build resilience against adversity and educates them on establishing healthy habits and a positive self-image, empowering them to take charge of their lives.

Eligibility
Families (with at least 1 caretaker and a child under 18 years old) who are living in inadequate housing (e.g. subdivided flats, rooftop squatters or cubicle apartments etc.), social housings or members of Community Living Room.
