Introduction
“Jebsen InspiringHK! Home Sweat Home” is a holistic programme funded by Jebsen Group for underprivileged families and organised by InspiringHK Sports Foundation. The programme utilises sports, nutrition, parent-child interaction, and home improvement as intervention methods to help families living in inadequate housing conditions (such as living in subdivided flats, partitioned rooms, cage homes, and rooftop structures with cramped environments) to build healthy living habits and a positive environment for growth. Through sports training, nutrition talks, it helps children and caregivers develop healthy dietary habits. This year, the programme has introduced a new parent-child contest and a graduation ceremony, allowing participants to better understand the benefits of exercise and further strengthen family relationships.
