Introduction
Pound for Pound, funded by A-Zone Foundation and organised by InspiringHK Sports Foundation, is a children’s fitness and health management programme designed to support children with weight management needs. The programme consists of children’s fitness classes, take-home health tasks, and parent-child health seminars, aiming to increase physical activity levels and foster healthy habits among children, addressing the weight and health challenges caused by physical inactivity and low health awareness.
The programme collaborates with a professional sports science team to conduct randomised controlled trial (RCT) research to ensure evidence-based outcomes.
