Sports ComeUnity: GBA Sports Exchange Day 2024: Sports and Technology Sharing with Tencent Staff
InspiringHK Sports Foundation led several students to Tencent’s headquarters in the Greater Bay Area in May 2024, where they toured the tech-filled building. Tencent placed a strong emphasis on employee wellness, with three entire floors dedicated to sports facilities. Students explored every corner and even enjoyed a basketball match with Tencent staff.
Students took part in a lively basketball exchange with Tencent staff, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The exchange day also included a visit to Gaoju Innovation, a company developing artificial intelligence. Students checked out various AI tech products and watched an impressive drone show. This experience gave them a deeper understanding of tech development in the Greater Bay Area, while basketball helped everyone connect and build friendships.
