About the Campaign
Luis Kho is committed to burning 400 calories daily, by cycling 60 minutes for 5 consecutive days, in support of InspiringHK Sports Foundation’s youth work.
Luis Kho’s slow recovery from the knee injury in 2017 made him put on 15kg in just 6 months on top of a busy work schedule. Cycling was the better cardio option together with his cross fit training program. He managed to shred 20kg and gained muscle within 3 months after setting a goal! No matter how difficult things are, there are always ways to reach your goal! In this difficult time of Covid-19, he pledged to challenge himself to cycling 60 minutes for 5 consecutive days and fundraise for IHKSports so that more underprivileged students can benefit from their sports programme!
