This November, Alex Fong will once again push his absolute limits, swimming all the way from Hong Kong to Macau, to raise funds for InspiringHK Sports Foundation (IHK), supporting underprivileged and SEN children through sport.

Swimming brought William Fong, Ray ng, Gary Ng, Francis Tai, Jonathan Paul, and Dickson Lam together, and they now train and compete as a tight-knit team. We swam for our alma mater DBS in different years, on the same team, chasing the same tiles. Most of us have not competed in a long time — and that is exactly why we are here. Someone once gave us the chance to train, to be coached, and to find out what we were capable of, and that start shaped much of what came after. Now we would like to pass it on. Every dollar we raise helps underprivileged students in Hong Kong discover, through sport, what they are capable of too.

Changing the lives of underprivileged and Special Educational Needs (SEN) children is not a one-man mission—it belongs to everyone willing to sweat for a cause.
