凝動香港體育基金現正招募合適人選擔任項目主任（體育項目）。我們的項目主任（體育項目）將駐香港工作,並在高級項目主任/項目經理的指導下開展工作。

 

工作范圍

整個項目的負責人，作前中後期規劃及執行此項目；主要負責特殊學校體育計劃及特殊教育需要親子體育班項目的策劃、協調及執行工作。 包括但不限於以下需要直接服務受惠人士的工作：

• 制訂及執行特殊學校體育計劃及特殊教育需要親子體育班的推廣、拍攝工作及協調拍攝每班的學員成效短片
• 聯絡特殊學校負責老師，如學校對計劃內容提出疑問或意見時，互相商討可行方案以建立合作關係
• 採購特殊學校體育計劃及特殊教育需要親子體育班裝備
• 領導特殊學校體育計劃及特殊教育需要親子體育班之迎新日的籌備及執行工作，最主要負責執行教育工作，向參加者解釋是次運動課程所帶來的意義是希望透過運動改善學童的社交技巧及讓照顧者有更健康的精神健康
• 負責全年與 10 班體育班的特殊學校及 12 間社區中心合作伙伴、家長、學生及教練間的聯絡及行政工作(如與合作單位代表跟進學生於特殊學校體育計劃及特殊教育需要親子體育班之課堂表現、紀錄學生出席率、協調教練等的行政工作。)
• 整理及管理項目財政
• 負責撰寫項目報告，及定期向捐款者匯報項目進度
• 領導助理策劃及執行「運」SEN 解數同樂日
• 領導助理協調項目期間的各項大型活動，包括及不限於聯校結業禮及其他學習經歷活動
• 整個計劃之危機評估及危機應變的相關工作

 

學歷及相關工作經驗要求

• 須持有學士學位，持有社會科學相關科目作優先考慮
• 兩年或以上經驗，具體育項目運作經驗或社會服務經驗優先考慮

InspiringHK Sports Foundation is seeking a talented individual as our Programme Officer/Senior Programme Officer. Our Officer/Senior Officer will be based in Hong Kong, working under the direction of the Programme Managers.

 

Job Responsibilities and Duties

 

• Support the programme managers on the planning and full execution of the Jockey Club Believe & Bounce Basketball Programme: InspiringHK Dream Factory, a basketball programme targeting primary school and kindergarten students; 
• Support the programme managers to monitor the expenditure of the responsible programme, to ensure that it will achieve their objectives, meet our pledges, and be carried out within our scope and budget;
• Design and plan for the execution of the project at the back-end and deliver at the front line; 
• Deliver strategic, confident and clear communication with schools, venue partners, coaches, referees, students, parents and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines and deliverables; 
• Work closely with the internal teams and external collaborators to communicate programme output and outcomes to relevant stakeholders;
• Provide editorial support to programme managers in creating bilingual written and visual content for promotional materials, recruitment initiatives, and programme updates, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s branding style and the programmes’ values;
• Maintain accurate records, support data collection and prepare comprehensive reports for the programme managers; 
• Lead junior staff/part-time staff/interns to support the programme delivery and coach junior staff as required;
• Support big data collection, the writing of programme reports and conduct impact measurement analysis;
• Participate in the design of new cross-sector collaborative sports programmes for IHKSports that could create impact in alignment with the four missions;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications 

 

• A Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in charity/ community services/sports management. Candidates with more experience would be considered for the Senior Programme Officer position;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Demonstrate a strong passion in youth work/sports/volunteering/partnership management;
• A strong team player capable of working with different personalities from different functional backgrounds;
• Demonstrate a keen sensitivity to programme requirements and quality metrics (e.g. KPIs) to maximise the overall impact of the programme; 
• Strong ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently whilst balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines;
• Organised and detail-oriented with high integrity; 
• Willing to occasionally travel to various districts in Hong Kong in weekday evenings and weekends, with transport subsidy and compensation leave; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI/Photoshop skills is a plus;
• Knowledge of and passion for InspiringHK Sports Foundation and the charitable sector preferred.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and full execution of the following programmes:
  • Sports LinkVenture 2.0 for secondary school students: manage and delivery programme which challenges youth through series of mountain, city and water sports
  • MOVE70! sports training programmes for low-income primary school students: Manage and deliver a variety of sports classes, organise learning experience activities that enrich students’ learning beyond sports, promote the joy of participation in sports to public through community events
• Support and monitor the expenditure of the responsible programme, to ensure that it will achieve their objectives, meet our pledges, and be carried out within our scope and budget;
• Manage students and parents, including but not limited to managing WhatsApp groups’ communications, discipline of participation, answering questions and coordinating their sports and other learning experiences;
• Work closely with the partnership management team and the marketing team to communicate programme output and outcomes to relevant stakeholders;
• Create written content for email and social media communications; 
• Lead part-time staff/interns to support the programme delivery;
• Support big data collection, the writing of programme reports and conduct impact measurement analysis;
• Participate in the design of new cross-sector collaborative sports programmes for IHKSports that could create impact in alignment with the four missions;
• Perform any other duties or other programmes as assigned.

 

Qualifications 

• A Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in charity/ community services/sports management might be considered for the Officer role. Candidates with less experience/fresh graduates would be considered for the Executive role.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;

• To assist in sports events, workshops and visits to various sports classes
• To support the recording of how students have grown through sports training
• To support the administrative work of various sports programmes, including but not limited to data collection, data entry, and performing impact measurement analysis
• To support research and new programme idea generation, non-sports learning experience activities and advocacy initiatives

 

Qualifications 

• Proficiency in written Chinese & English, and fluency in Cantonese
• Good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Students with skills in data sorting, designing, paperwork will be preferred

 

Remarks

• Commitment: At least 1 full day in the office per week

IHKSports is seeking a talented individual as our Fundraising & Partnership Officer. Our officer will be based in Hong Kong, working under the direction of the Fundraising & Partnership Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with the fundraising team to maintain ongoing communication and gather feedback from over 70 existing foundations and corporate grant-makers/donors;
• Assist in the setup and timely maintenance of the donor and stakeholder CRM system;
• Plan and execute corporate volunteering engagement activities, working closely with programme team staff and corporate partner representatives;
• Help organise fundraising events such as movie premieres and walkathons;
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new collaborative sports programmes that align with our four missions and create a meaningful impact;
• Support the writing of fundraising proposals in English and Chinese for funding applications;
• Support programme staff in writing partnership reports to communicate funding impact to partners; 
• Work closely with the communications team to communicate programme output and outcomes to partners, potential donors and the general public; 
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

• A Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in any industry with a track record of stakeholder management and intensive copywriting work. Fresh graduates with excellent Chinese and English writing skills will also be considered for the executive role;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus;
• Strong sports/charity sense, creative and independent;
• A leader to host and manage events with confidence and a sense of team; 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic;
• A strong team player capable of working with different personalities from different functional backgrounds; 
• Strong ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently whilst balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines;
