InspiringHK Sports Foundation is seeking talented individual as our Programme Executive/Programme Officer. Our Executives/Officer will be based in Hong Kong, working under the direction of the Assistant Programme/Programme Managers.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the seniors and work as part of the JC Fit City team to plan and deliver a wide range of initiatives to promote public participation in sports, including but not limited to sports taster classes, sports contests and large-scale community events;
- Support and monitor programme expenditure to ensure activities meet objectives and commitments, and are carried out within approved scope and budget;
- Manage participant communications and administration, including but not limited to groups’ communications, discipline of participation, enquiry handling, and CMS updates;
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery, including but not limited to funder, collaborators, coaches, and vendors;
- Create social media content and publicity materials, and work closely with the marketing team to communicate programme outputs and outcomes to relevant stakeholders
- Lead part-time staff/interns to support the programme delivery;
- Support data and impact stories’ collection, writing of programme reports and conduct impact measurement analysis;
- Participate in the design and development of new sports programmes and initiatives for IHKSports that could create impact in alignment with the four missions;
- Perform any other duties and support other programmes as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in charity/ community services/sports management might be considered for the Officer role. Candidates with less experience/fresh graduates would be considered for the Executive role.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
- Demonstrate a strong passion for youth work/sports/volunteering/partnership management;
- A strong team player capable of working with different personalities from different functional backgrounds;
- Strong ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently whilst balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines;
- Organised and detail-oriented with high integrity;
- Willing to occasionally travel to various districts in Hong Kong on weekday evenings and weekends, with transport subsidy and compensation leave;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI/Photoshop skills is a plus;
- Knowledge of and passion for InspiringHK Sports Foundation and the charitable sector preferred.

IHKSports is seeking a talented individual as our Senior HR & Administrative Officer. Our officer will be based in Hong Kong, working under the direction of the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle full-cycle human resources operations for IHKSports’ full-time staff, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, leave management, and staff records maintenance etc.;
- Co-ordinate with recruitment agencies and/or HR outsourced service provider on recruitment assignments, employment documentation, payroll/MPF administration support, and other HR operational matters;
- Manage people administration for IHKSports’ freelance, part-time staff, interns and volunteers, including recruitment/engagement arrangements, attendance tracking, record maintenance, and co-ordination of performance review and feedback;
- Co-ordinate staff benefits initiatives and engagement activities for full-time staff, including staff wellness activities, staff trainings, annual dinner, team events etc.;
- Oversee office management and general administration, including well-organised office environment, office supplies, storage and inventory, front-desk and other support as needed;
- Provide administrative support on governance matters, including co-ordinating Board and Committee meetings, handling employer compliance administration and other statutory/renewal requirements etc.;
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive and senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and co-ordination across internal and external stakeholders;

Qualifications
- A Degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related disciplines, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience; more experienced candidates might be considered for assistant manager role;
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to handle both routine/minor tasks and multiple assignments concurrently while meeting deadlines;
- Resilient, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- A strong team player, capable of working with colleagues and stakeholders of different personalities and functional backgrounds;

InspiringHK Sports Foundation is seeking a talented individual as our Senior Programme Officer / Assistant Programme Manager. Our Manager will be based in Hong Kong, working under the direction of the Programme Managers.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Full execution of sports programmes, including design and plan at the back-end, organise programme activities and events of different scales and deliver at the front line;
- Lead junior staff and part-time staff/interns to carry out sports programmes and coach junior staff as required;
- Work closely with programme managers/senior management to monitor progress and expenditure of the responsible programmes, to ensure that it will achieve their objectives, meet our pledges, and be carried out within our scope and budget;
- Proactively establish and main partnerships with stakeholders, e.g. deliver strategic, confident and clear communication with schools, venue partners, coaches, students, parents and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines and deliverables;
- Prepare reports, maintain records and work closely with the internal teams and external collaborators to communicate programme output and outcomes to relevant stakeholders;
- Conduct impact measurement, including but not limited to data collection, data analysis and data reporting, qualitative interviews and focus group evaluation; research on different impact measurement models and review on IHKSports’ current model;
- Participate in the design of new cross-sector collaborative sports programmes and co-ordinate with full-time members to develop new initiatives for IHKSports that could create impact in alignment with the four missions;

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with the fundraising committee and the other members of the fundraising team to develop the fundraising strategy towards all donor segments to ensure sustainable growth and development;
- Identify and initiate new partnerships that could financially support the execution of new collaborative sports programmes;
- To write fundraising proposals and reports for funding applications for government and private foundation’s funding;
- Manage and develop relationships with over 70 existing foundations and corporation and timely update stakeholder relationship through CRM
- Assist in development of the digital donation journey for donor and stakeholder;
- Assist in organise major fundraising events such as corporate sports day, sports-related celebrity fundraising events and festive donation campaigns;
- Work closely with the communications team to communicate programme output and outcomes to partners, potential donors and the general public;
- Work closely with the CE and the finance team to monitor the overall financial status of the charity;
- To support programme staff in writing partnership reports to communicate funding impact to partners;
- Develop and executing fundraising initiatives and programmes related to development of organization

Qualifications
- A Degree holder, preferably majoring in business/language/communications, with at least 4-6 years’ experience in relationship management/grant-making/charity fundraising;
- Experience in organising large-scale fundraising events/corporate events preferred;
- Strong finance acumen, evidence-based, data-driven;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese required;
- Demonstrate a strong passion and relevant skills/experience in taking leadership roles;

- Support the development of a digital donation journey for donors and stakeholders.
