Personal Data (Privacy) Policy

In protection of the privacy in relation to personal data, InspiringHK Sports Foundation (IHKSports) has developed its Data Protection Policy modeled on the six data protection principles as set out in Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the Ordinance). IHKSports respects personal data and is fully committed to implementing and complying with the data protection principles and all relevant provisions of the Ordinance.

Kinds of Personal Data Held and Purposes of Collection

During its day to day operation, IHKSports collects and keeps personal data for Service Provision and related activities collected from students, parents, volunteers, corporate partners and other interested parties and clients with whom the IHKSports interacts in the delivery of services and other related activities for the purposes that align with its visions.

在日常運作中，凝動香港體育基金收集並保存個人資料，主要用於服務提供及相關活動。這些資料來自學生、家長、志願者、企業夥伴及其他與 IHKSports 互動的相關方和客戶，旨在支持與其願景一致的各項目的和活動。

Practices

Our Chief Executive is the Personal Data Controlling Officer of IHKSports to monitor and supervise compliance with the Ordinance.

Personal Data Access and Correction Request

Data access, correction requests and enquiries may be addressed to the relevant officers of IHKSports at info@inspiringhk.org by which the personal data are collected. When handling a data access or correction request, we will check the identity of the requestor to ensure that he/she is the person legally entitled to make the data access or correction request.
IHKSports has the right to charge a fee for processing any data access request.
