Supporting Alex: Making the Impossible Possible for the Next Generation

Grace is currently putting in the work with her swim club, logging 15 to 20 kilometers every single week, rain or shine. To break through her personal boundaries, she’s taking on an exciting new swimming challenges this year—her very first open water cross-harbour swim and also her first 10km race in Hong Kong!

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), adults need at least 150–300 minutes of moderate or 75–150 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise weekly for optimal health. For Grace, this swim is about more than setting a personal best, it’s about turning every lap into meaningful impact.

Why does Grace support Alex?

Through this challenge, Grace is raising funds for InspiringHK Sports Foundation to give underprivileged and Special Educational Needs (SEN) children equal access to free sports training. At the same time, she is diving in to cheer on Uncle Alex as he prepares for his incredible 35km Hong Kong to Macau charity swim on November 19!
